General Notice
Village of Freeport (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Village of Freeport – Maple and Warren Street Paving
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by Village of Freeport until Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 5pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be read. Bids may be submitted by email to freeporttrustee1@gmail.com or to the office at 200 State St, Freeport, MI 49325.
The Project includes the following Work:
Mill and one course non- structural HMA overlay on Maple and Warren Streets from St. Johns St. to Race St. 1.5” milled off where able and hauled off site to be used on gravel roads in the Village of Freeport. The asphalt shall be cleaned and have a LTBC-2 emulsion applied prior to paving to form a bond between milled and new asphalt. Finish, place and compact a bituminous 5EML surface course for a 1.5” thickness.
